They are: We will provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment in which children feel valued, happy and understood. We will ensure that children are provided with a creative and challenging curriculum that is child centred and relevant. Children will develop lifelong skills that will enable them to be prepared as individuals for their future. We will encourage children to foster an attitude of respect and tolerance of all. Children will understand their responsibilities towards and have a positive impact on their local and global environment. We will develop a positive partnership with all members of our community and ensure that all parents are fully involved and informed. All staff will be valued, supported and encouraged as both individuals and members of a team to realise their aspirations.
