CULLET GLASS DRYER

When the manufacturing process changed at Pittsburgh Corning Corporation and rotary drum dryers were required to dry glass cullet. We searched for a manufacturer who was established in the drying business, who small enough to be flexible in meeting our special needs, reasonable in cost, yet experienced and knowledgeable about drying various products. Custom Welding fit these criteria. They invited us to visit their plant to show us their products and capabilities. The CWMF staff was quick to recommend the size and capacity needed for our project including specialized materials recommended for our abrasive product. Their quote was quite reasonable and delivery time fit well within our time frame. During installation, their staff was always available and quite helpful. Today, we continue to do business with them on spare parts, and from time to time, ask them for phone assistance to resolve maintenance issues. We are very satisfied with their products and are currently working with them on another drying project. We believe working with companies like CWMF allows us to integrate both theirs and our engineering technologies to develop the best specialized equipment that fits our needs at a reasonable cost.
