Mix two parts reality show, one part sports event, and one part TV drama and what do you get? …… Simulation training! Each time that we facilitate a Lab course, we are amazed and delighted by the drama that unfolds. We recently returned from Bangkok, where participants from AYCAP and AYCAL (Krungsri) battled it out for three days in a CreditLab course. What took place was typical of most trainings — no matter the client or the continent!

Transcript of CreditLab: Reality Show or Training?

“Flight Simulators for Bankers” Training or Reality Show?

You be the judge.

March 26-28, 2014 with AYCAP and AYCAL in Bangkok

OK team, here is how

this is going to work…

Work? I thought this whole training thing was supposed to be

fun?

It’s simple really. Just juggle 20 different variables, take into account a downturn, and

make sure you have forecast enough collectors.

Shhh, they don’t know I am keeping on eye on

their results from the control panel!

How much is it worth to

you?

So tell me: How does one win this

BankersLab simulation?

Yes, we are smart, good

looking and have cool training…

Don’t be jealous!

Should I tell him that is not going to work?

Eureka! I got it!

Do we get to keep the

millions we earned in this

round?

We’ll be happy to accept our

earnings in Bitcoin!

That marketer is sounding like a risk

manager!

That risk manager is sounding like a

marketer!

Not sure that worked as well as

they thought!

One team’s loss is

another team’s gain…

The backwards jacket is a ‘Thai thing’, ‘mkay? You’ve never been to Thailand?

Time to give them some

hints?

That doesn’t

look right at all…

Guys, I think we have it!

I think we’re geing

somewhere!

Wow, and I didn’t even give hints!

Phew, noticed those account arition

trends just in time!

I can’t believe we

won!

That last round was harder than I

thought, Phew!

I am giving these guys a raise!

Congratulations to Team Bushido for winning the sim! Thanks to all the participants, and good luck!
