You might want to rethink timeline. Hear that talk of special session in November on Medicaid. Also hear Jim Blaine made reference in republican caucus to how much money they could raise from "house of medicine" ahead of the special session. This was viewed as crossing the line which may mean no one gives any money to them before special session because could be viewed as felony violation.
