productivity and profitability (excluding fisheries and forestry sectors).
If you are applying as an individual, you must have an eligible primary project partner who has agreed to make an in-kind or cash contribution.

Late applications will only be considered under extenuating circumstances and where an alternative time frame has been agreed by the department before the closing date.
