What is Competition Toolkit?
• Competition Toolkit is an e-learning tool allowing to train
employees on the competition law.
• During the training employees will learn basic rules and
terms of the competition law as well as consequences of its
violation.
• Training has been prepared in an understandable way to
non-lawyer employees.
• Attractive graphic form, interactivity, case studies, and
verifying questions asked throughout the training ’force’
employees’ to pay attention.

Why it is worth using Competition Toolkit
• Violation of the provisions of the competition law may be very
severe for an undertaking.
� Entrepreneur who violates the competition law must take into
account financial penalties up to even 10% of its revenues and
claims for damages brought by entities aggravated by its

Competition Toolkit – how does it work?
� Each employee receives an invitation to participate in e-
learning training together with the internet website of the
platform where the training is available;
� Personalized information also includes a unique login and a
password generated automatically so each employee may join
the training online;
� Employees may log in to the training session from any
computer using their login and password;
� After completing the entire training each employee will be
required to take a short test verifying their level of mastering
the material;
� Report with final results together with a recommendation as to
further activities will be presented to the employer.

Competition Toolkit – how does it look like?
Competition Toolkit discusses all significant issues concerning the competition law. Employees, while getting through the subsequent stages of the training, get familiar with particular issues. ‘Navigation website’ facilitates the on-going basis of monitoring the progress of mastering the material.
First part of the training is dedicated to general issues and consequences of the violation of the competition law and is aimed to make employees aware of the importance of the problem having regard their day-to-day activities. Next part of the training includes case studies and exercises enabling applying in practice knowledge gained during the training.

Mastering particular parts of the material is verified on an ongoing basis through verifying exercises after each part of the training.
Diversified graphic forms and interactivity of exercises help avoiding to become tired of or bored with the training.

Giving a wrong answer to an exercise causes necessity to redo it.
If after redoing the exercise the employee’s answer is still wrong the system will show the correct answer.

After completing the entire training each employee will be required to take a test verifying their level of mastering the material.
Test results allow identifying:
• employees who require additional training; and
• legal issues which must be consolidated.
Final results together with a recommendation as to further activities will be presented to the employer in the form of the report.
