Dashboard

• Once logged in, customize your dashboard to show the status of your current work order and PM

completion percentage or downtime by asset.

Alerts

• Set up alerts to get notified when: – A part falls below minimum stock level.

– A new work or purchase request has been submitted.

– A piece of equipment goes out of service.

– Your purchase or work approval is needed.

Alerts Benefit

• When an item falls below minimum stock level the alert let's you know it's time to re-order.• When you are notified of a work request you can assignit to a mechanic and the shift to be completed.• When alerted of a piece of equipment going out of service you can schedule the repair in real time. • An alert for a work appoval helps to get the work request approved for assignment.

Accounting

• Create accounts, cost centers and departments to group costs.

Accounting Benefits

• Set up accounts and receive P.O.s to each account to trackcosts based off of your budget.• If you run a trial you can track those costs through the cost center.• In the department tab you can set up your costs for parts andlabor to show the current status of your budget.

Assets

• Create asset records for equipment, locations, repairable spares and systems to track maintenance history and costs.

Asset Benefits

• By creating asset records for your equipment their location and spare parts you can track the cost of maintainingthe piece of equipment.• Within the asset record you have the model number, serialnumber and manufacturer at your fingertips.• the asset record also captures all history of work orders andPMs performed on the equipment.

• Have MVP Plant automatically populate equipment spare parts lists for you.

• Spare parts list allows your maintenance associates to findparts quickly which helps reduce downtime.• Makes cycle counting quicker and easier.• Set Min-Max levels for each part for re-ordering. • Parts can also be checked out to equipment or costcenter when a work order is not necessary such as gasketsor pipe clamps utilized by production.
