• Application Criteriao $1m max in external private financing, cumulativeo $5m max from grants or friends and family, cumulativeo 1 US resident, citizen or legal alien minimum per team

• Participation Fee (as Accelerator Participants)o $475 Per Person + $50 for LaunchPad Central (just announced)o 1% contribution to the equity pool*o Minimum of 2 members per team requiredo Heavily subsidized by sponsors and the generous contributions

of many volunteers across the country

* Not optional – but you may withdraw your equity pool participation at any time up to Oct 1 this year
