The applicant proposes to inject into the Canyon Sand formation, McMillin (Canyon Sand) Unit, well numbers 1201 and 1206. The wells are located 6 miles South of Aspermont, TX in the Guest (Canyon Sand) field in Stonewall County. Fluid will be injected into strata in the subsurface depth interval from 4,192 to 5,151 feet.LEGAL AUTHORITY: Chapter 27 of the Texas Wa-ter Code, As amended, Title 3 of the Texas Natu-ral Resources Code, as amended and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.
