• An identified need to increase HACC staff awareness of local CALD communities

Cultural Diversity Portlet

•30% increase in the use of the Stonnington CommunityLink telephone

interpreter service by residents calling Council staff

•Previously resistant Departments have developed important CALD friendly resources for their areas
