It can take, anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes at triage to tally up the number of previous reports and reported concerns for a family. Overall an average of 15 minutes per case (Based on 20/week)
Preparing for WAM, getting together all the cases, timeframes and information takes up to 4 hours/week
Accessing caseworker’s cases and tasks takes up to 60 minutes per day per manager (Based on 4 Mper manager (Based on 4 MCW per CSC)
Accessing financial records on KiDS to ensure payments are current and up to date takes up to 60 minutes per OOHC manager per day (Based on 1 OOHC MCW per CSC)
Accessing legal schedules, court dates and court orders takes 5-10 minutes per case (done 2-3 times per week per manager, based on 4 MCW per CSC)
