Children's Daily Sign In Sheets

Children's daily forms are a great way for children to sign in each morning, practice writing their name and preparing for kindergarten.

• You have the option of printing up a blank sign in sheet - no graphic, or using the monthly templates with graphics.

• Following are pictures showing the templates (January) being used. You can use a 3 - ring binder or a click board for each child.

1 - 2 - 3 Learn Curriculum

Supplies needed:

• 3 ring binder • file dividers

1. Print up template for the front of your sign in book. 2. Print up a month's worth of sign in sheets for each child.

You can type directly onto each form. (Add name and week)

3. Using a 3 hole punch, punch holes in the left side of each sign in form, and add to 3 - ring binder.

4. Place a file divider in front of each child's sign in forms, with their name in the tab.

Place the 3 - ring binder where children can access each morning, with pencils, pens or markers.

Place each months sign in sheets in a separate file to show progress of writing.

Print up on white card stock and place in clear pocket of 3 - ring binder.
