Punishment for Cheating

Plagiarism When you write a paper, you must

give credit to the person from whom you got your information.

“Plagiarism--failing to acknowledge our debts to others--is using others' ideas and words without clearly acknowledging the source of that information.”

It is plagiarism to: Copy someone else’s paper or project Copy a paper off the Internet (or any

whether a friend or the Internet Put your name on someone else’s
