Lab Module: 3 (Default Routing)

Removing the static routes and replacing with a Default route command:-

1. show running-config

2. Select and copy all the static routes into the clip-board

3. Paste into Notepad

4. Keep the lines containing the static routes which is to be removed

5. Negate all commands with “no”

6. Begin with “conf t” end with “write memory”

7. Copy into clip board and run the script at Hash prompt of the router

Eg Notepad script for P-1 Router:-
