Mrs. Rajalakshmi Jayaraman, Country Director , CETC (South)
She has more than 16 years of experience in research, training and development. She is a post graduate in Economics & Education & She also has a
specialization in psychology & guidance & counseling. She is currently pursing her doctorate. She is a master trainer who plays a major role in developing the trainer’s pool within the organization. She spearheads the design and content development of training modules.
Raji has had a very diverse experience from working with banks, automotive sector, pharma telecommunication among others
She facilitates programmes at senior level management cadres which includes Vice Presidents and Asst. Vice Presidents.
Her core skills of facilitation are in the areas of Executive Coaching and Mentoring, Personal Effectiveness, Leadership, Team building, Decision making, Conflict Resolution, Performance Counseling, Business Communication, Stress management and Quality of Work Life.
