Each cell tower has a specific geographic location, defined by two fields:
• Latitude
• Longitude
Each tower also has multiple sectors. Cell sectors are what broadcast and receive signal.
A Cell Sector is generally defined by:
• An Azimuth (bearing from north)
• A signal beamwidth
• The radial extent of the signal
