A parent volunteer sheet is on the table by the door for you to sign up to deliver hot lunch. Our class is responsible for the 2nd Nine Weeks.

Classroom OrganizationStudent desks should always be neat and tidy. That means no papers hanging out or crammed into the desk.

Bookbags belong on the student’s assigned hook and not by their desk.

If you see trash on the floor, please pick it up.

Clean your desk off with a sanitary wipe after snack and lunch.

We are all responsible for keeping our room looking the best that it can.

Remember your bathroom etiquette and make sure we keep them clean and sanitary.

Birthday parties

We will need parent volunteers to organize these events. The sign up sheet is on the table by the front door.

Your help is crucial to our success.

• Parents and volunteers are always welcome in our classroom.

• All visitors must sign in at the office and obtain a pass.

• Parents/drivers for field trips.

• A huge thank you to all parents and the many contributions you will make to our class this year. Your help is key to our success.

Attendance• Please have your child at school and on

time each day. Attendance is crucial to our work.

• Provide a note upon return after an absence with an explanation of the absence.

• 1 day absent/1 day to make up missed work.

• After 15 days of absences, your child will automatically be retained. It is out of our hands and turned over to the board of trustees.

• Attendance is extremely important!
