1. Every student must perform practical at
practical time. (Submission of practical work
at practical time is attendance for student)
2. No conversation as well as shouting
during practical time

must bring to practical. (Lack of necessary
instruments and material during practical time
will be fined for 200 kyats. All necessary
instruments can be able to rent from department
with current price)

1. Wax or P.O.P. Block( 1.8” x 0.7” x

4. Tooth Morphology Hand-out
5. Plastic Box to put ten carved teeth
6. (also 1.5” Paint Brush for sweeping
debris)

Precautions1. Only wax carving must perform at practical
time
2. Label each five aspects at proper side of the
block
3. Write roll number at bottom side of the block
4. Submit the carved tooth model by self in own
plastic box before leaving the practical. This
submission model is your attendance for the
day
5. Plaster carving must perform at out-side of
practical time
