* You usually think of reindeer as Christmas animals but they are so much more. Find more about these animals in this PowerPoint.

* People usually say that reindeer live in the north pole but this map shows where they really live.( Look at yellow areas to find where reindeer live.)

*Habitat

* Reindeer are brown and white in color. The male have cream colored antlers.

*Physical Description

*Reindeer eat leaves , grasses and lichens.

* Reindeer dig at the ground using their large hoofs. In the summer they travel more then 600 miles!
