Broadband Escalations PortalEscalating to Team Leader / Manager

In order to escalate to Team Leader or Team Manager, click on the Add notes button.

You can also escalate to Team Leader or Team Manager if you are on this screen also by clicking on the Add notes button.

Simply enter your Notes in the field.

You now be able to view the 2 Check Boxes. If the Escalation is at Team Member level then you will only be able to escalate to Team Leader. The

other box will be greyed out.

The check box for Team Manager will only become available when the Escalation is at Team Leader Level.

Place a tick in the box and click on the Submit button.

Confirmation that notes and Escalation has been submitted to the next level.

Click on the hyperlink to go back to the Escalation Details.

Scroll down to Escalation Level Field which you can confirm where the Escalation is.
