The ICT- as well as the Utility-market is experiencing ever increasing change and upheaval. Basic changes in technology and regulations are forcing companies to strive for a faster rate of innovation. Products and services, based mainly on data, are being added and they are now an integral part of today’s business life and form the core of the 21st century’s knowledge and information society.
Today’s companies are forced not only to choose the right technology for the right customer, at the right time and price, but also to do this faster and more econo- mically than their competitors. The main obstacle to overcome in this integrated business approach is in hiring and adequately training staff to fully develop companies’ human resources potential. Managers must be committed to lifelong learning and meeting the changing demands of their environment. The aim of the iimt is to prepare future managers and entrepreneurs to successfully lead business organisations in global environments. This is achieved by the Executive CAS programmes specifically tailored for managers in the ICT- or Utility-sector.
We are certain that your time at the iimt will be a rich experience in terms of personal and professional growth, and are looking forward to welcoming you into the growing iimt network of friends, professionals, partners, and educators.
