• Deactivate values in picklists • Doesn’t change existing data • Stops users from selecting the value • Launch a lightning component from an action • Make the app launcher your home page (LEX) • Quick deployments can be validated 10 days in advance (was 4)

• Import my accounts and contacts wizard • Use data import wizard instead • Desktop CTI retires in Spring 17 • Chatter answers retires in Winter 18 • Use chatter questions
