AIESEC Blumenau
Blumenau is located at the very South of Brazil in Santa Catarina State and by our Germanic, Italian, Austrian, Polish and Portuguese ancestors we are considered the heart of European Valley.
Because of our geographic location we have hot summer (around 35º) and winter (12º).
Our city is best known internationally by Oktoberfest, the second largest beer party in the world, which happens every year and remember us all the German culture.
Blumenau has more than 330.000 habitants and is crowed with happy and lovely people!

HOW TO GET HERE
You can arrive to Navegantes Airport (MinistroVictor Konder International Airport) in Santa Catarina state.
There you have to ask for the transfer bus that goes to the Executive Terminal located in Blumenau.
You can also find all the information inside the Airport.
If you are traveling by Azul’s or Tam’s airline, the buses are free. But if tou are traveling by Gol’s airline you need to pay the bus, that costs R$ 50,00.

If you are at Florianópolis Airport
Bus time daily: http://www.catarinense.netCost: R$42,00
If you are in Florianópolis Airport (Hercílio Luz International Airport) you need to go from the airport to the bus station in Florianópolis (12km).
Then you need to take a Catarinense`sbus from Florianópolis to Blumenau.
We are going to pick you up at the bus station here.

Were most of the events happen all long the year.
It has great restaurants inside, and also German typical food, shops, and great beer.
The biggest german party from Americas, Oktoberfest, take place there every October.
Other events are: Sommerfest, Easter Village, Christmas Market, Festitália, Food Truck Festival.
