10 agencies in Belgium have refused to pitch - these include some heavy hitters like Saatchi & Saatchi, JWT and Proximity BBDO. They've pulled their websites down to post a letter that strings together all sites for all the agencies involved. It's only up for a week so i've created this PDF so it's not lost.
