1. Don’t sell, drink coffee

Demonstrate empathy to build trust – simply ask questions & listen attentively

Success is creating a dialogue, not a sale

How the prospect does that How do you do it?Tell me more about…..How is the company reacting to [the current economic downturn]?How do you differentiate versus your competition?
