• MH&SA and OH&SA refer in the Hazardous Location Regulation 10 to SANS 10108:2005 and ARP 0108:2005 Standard now mandatory.

• Can only use equipment with IA numbers– Only local Approved Test Laboratory (ATL)
• Can only do maintenance as approved by OEM– No repairs except if in possession of repair certificate. Problem to be discussed
