prologueWe are proud to present our neW alstroemeria catalogue 2017/2018.

these days, the ornamental sector has to face major challenges and

we would like respond to these with reliable introductions. colours have

become brighter and flowers larger.

 

especially for you as a grower, royal van Zanten has also improved

characteristic such as virus tolerance, stem quality, production, vase life

and heat tolerance.

We continue to invest in improvements and expect to be able to further develop alstroemeria based on a long term vision.

in the catalogue we introduce nine new varieties. all these new introduc-

tions have been extensively tested in the netherlands, africa, colombia

and Japan. the choice for good varieties that fit to the circumstances for

your greenhouse or farm can be rather complicated. We recommend you

to contact your account manager.
