There are 75 million

UNEMPLOYED young

people in the world

today.

49.8 % of Serbian

youth is unemployed,

but,

there is a huge number

of educated young

people who know

how it feels to get

rejected for a job.

Our vision is to live in a society

free from unemployment with

globally aligned and active youth

leaders driving the growth of the

country

Contribution to developing startups that are finding their place on the market or want to join a new one.each company tends to stand out with their product ideas and innovativeperformance.

As many other European

countries, Serbia is facing the problem

of unemployment and AIESEC has

decided to start working on it. We

have found the solution in youth

talents who are motivated to learn,

gain experience and use their

knowledge to overcome these kind of

problems together. Serbian market is

full of companies and startups, and

new ones are born every day. But, in

order to keep them alive and

functional, we need young people who

are motivated to learn, work and make

a positive impact on our society. If

one individual uses their knowledge to

make a change, imagine what all of the

students can do together!
