• As you participate in today’s teaching and learning, reflect on your understanding of the Superintendent’s Charge as well as the instructional leadership and distributed leadership necessary to fundamentally improve instruction.

• Additionally, consider how we will identify and meet the needs of EL learners throughout today’s learning.
