Computer Description = Asset Tag_# User Name-##
Asset Tag # - is the number used to inventory the device by ACS
User Name = The primary user of the computer first initial last name
o If this computer is assigned to an Adjunct or Student the User
Name will be Adjunct or Student.

o CCFS-##x
## = is for the number of the file server
X = for the identifier in the storage cluster.
o Cluster refers to the storage cluster for redundancy. File servers
that are sharing redundant data will always have the same name
but have a different cluster member identifier identified by the last
letter in the file server name, valid range is a-z.
o Example:
