Dermal tissue: เนื้อเยื่อผิว

-Cortex: ชั้นของเนื้อเยื่อที่อยู่ระหว่าง epidermis กับ vascular tissue

Vascular tissue: เนื้อเยื่อล าเลียง

- Xylem: เน้ือเยื่อล าเลียงน้ า

-Endodermis: ชั้นในสุดของ cortex ในราก ประกอบด้วยเซลล์ที่มีสาร suberin สะสมทีผ่นังเซลล์

-Pericycle: เนื้อเยื่อชั้นนอกสุดของ vascular tissue ในราก

- Phloem: เน้ือเยื่อล าเลียงอาหาร (น้ าตาล)
