The iTransition trainings are

located on the PEPNet website.

Students can sign into the iTransition training at www.pepnet.org/itransition .

Through self-assessment activities, students will learn about their interests, personalities, and career options.

Activities guide students to explore postsecondary education choices and create a timeline for

postsecondary planning.

Students will experience a four-day campus orientation. As they explore the campus and complete a variety of

activities, students will learn more about the expectations and challenges of college life.

Using three student guides as examples, students will improve skills in time management, studying, goal

setting, and working with disability services providers.

Students can use their eFolio site to keep track of career goals and interests, school and community activities, skills,

resumes, and college planning. This tool also allows students to add documents, images, video, and web links.
