How To Create an Excel Pivot Table for DSAL (Individual Employment)

1. Go to the Agency Reports tab, Find Report Library and click View.

2. In Report Name box, type in (or select) ISP Data Basic Report – by ISP Program (partial match). Then click Search.

3. EnterData Collection Dates – From/To for the report. Type in SC Individual Employment Log in the ISP Program Namebox and click Continue.

4. Once report is displayed, click Export to Excel at top of report.

5. Once in Excel, click Enable Editing at the top of the page.

6. Click the INSERT tab on tool bar, then click Pivot Table.

7. The Create PivotTable box will appear. Do not enter information, just click OK.

8. Locate thePivotTable Fields box on right side of screen. Boxes will need to be checked in a specific order as noted in the next steps.

9. Check the Billable box first.

10. Next check Service Provider.

11. Now check Individual.

12. Now check Duration Min.

13. Now check Data Collection Date.

14. Find DESIGN on the tool bar and click.

15. Find the Subtotals tab and click.

16. Choose Do Not Show Subtotals.

17. Your Pivot Table will be displayed as below:

18. If the Service Provider (Employment Specialist) is not needed, this box can be unchecked and the Pivot Table will be displayed as below:
