We encourage all vendors to include a donation to the Grand Door Prizes that will be given away during the event. These will be on display at the door. Please feel free to send it with your payment or bring it the day of. All businesses/organizations who provide a door prize will be including on all advertising.

Set up will begin at 9am. Event is from 10am-3pm. Booth will include an 8ft table with skirted tablecloth. Entertainment will be on stage all day. Please send in your non-refundable payment with this form by Oct. 12th, 2015 to guarantee your spot. Spots will fill up quickly so first come first serve. We will NOT be excluding any vendors who would like to join. However, if there is already another vendor signed up from the same business we will be letting them know about the previous attendee.
