1. Introduction
This report shows how the 3G base stations serve in real along with the performance analysis.
Criteria of Drive Test
A drive test system is set up to evaluate the statistical call data. Drive test will be performed along the major roads and the special route where the customer requests also it shall be terminated at the point of RSCP -110 dBm is detected. Events should be included in drive test plots.

4.1.RSCP Performance Analysis

Point 1:
The possible reasons for the RSCP reduction will be analyzed with serving cell’s parameter configurations (PCPICH power, HO threshold, Cell Offset etc.), physically measured TILT, Azimuth along with the Neighbors, Monitored, Detected set’s TEMS measurement results. And based on the analysis the recommendations will be given to improve the RSCP in the area.

The possible reasons for the poor quality of the network will be analyzed from the TEMS measurements for the SAN group including the MN & Possible over shoots. Also the parameter configurations such as Code allocations will be checked. Based on the analysis the recommendations will be given to improve the Ec/No in the affected area.

5. Conclusion
The report shows the clear picture of the 3G network performance according to the cluster Drive Test carried out.
The above mentioned bad patches and the events were thoroughly analyzed with the drive test logs, OSS KPI and the RNC parameter configurations and the recommendations have been made.
Once you approved the recommendations we will do the necessary modifications and then the DT will be carried out to show the network performance has improved.
