If you’re in a slump, your schedule has probably filled up with garbage— worthless activity and unimportant projects, commit-ments, and tasks.

Kick out the useless clutter.

Then pack your schedule with the most important things—activity that produces results.

Step 3: Triple Your Activity

Make up for lost time or progress by overdoing it for a while.

Build strong habits. And make sure you’re really out of the slump before you pull back.
