24V/ 48V/ 110V SMPS CHARGER SYSTEM
* The above Parameters are subject to change without prior notice due to continuous improvement in technology.
Input Voltage : 230V (160-275V), 50 Hz, Single ph(90-300V on
request). For 3 ph input they are suitably configured
Output Voltage : 24V/48V/110V nominal
40V/65V/150V max under Boost
Output Current (Module) : 24V/75A max, 48V/25A max, and 110V/20A max
(However they are paralleled in N+1)0 0Ambient : -10 C to +70 C Max
Attitude : upto 1000 meter above MSL
Input line PF : >0.99 Lag
Input Current Dist : <5% THD.
Efficiency : >90%.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
The monitoring & control module continuously monitors
input supply as well as Battery path DC Voltage & current and gives
suitable command to all modules operating in parallel. It is provided
with following features:-
Temp compensation for VRLA Battery
Battery Health Monitoring
Dropper Diode Selection
Lightning and surge protection at rack level.
The total charger system as per the user's need, can be supplied in various configurations like
stand alone float cum boost charger, dual redundant, master slave etc. For 48V System, even
natural cooled systems are also available.
For smaller capacity systems using maintenance free Batteries, systems with battery housed in
same / identical panel are also available on demand.
SEIL also offers complete power supply system with single Battery but multiple output
DC & AC Voltages using SEIL's DC - DC Converter & Inverter modules.
Typical charger configuration being used are shown below:
Statcon Electronics with more than 2 decades of experience in
design and supply of Battery Chargers, has developed SMPS
Technology. More than 12,000 such modules are already working
in Indian environmental conditions. SMPS Technology has many
advantages over the
conventional SCR Controlled Technology like redundancy,
modular construction, high efficiency, low input line current
harmonics, high input line power factor etc.
Each SMPS Module strictly meets following technical parameters:-
Automatic Float / Boost Changeover
Constant Current/Constant Voltage Charging of Battery
Output voltage settings for VRLA/Lead Acid / Ni-cd Battery
