Event Information

The Whitecaps will provide your group with BBQ passes

with your tickets to be

redeemed at your hospitality

area for the meals.

The Whitecaps will also provide your group with

name tags for the hospitality

areas. Once the BBQ pass is

collected, the name tag acts

as your “food pass” for the

remainder of your event.

Gates open 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to game time

for anyone with a BBQ pass.

IMPORTANT: An estimated head count is due no later

than 2 weeks before your

scheduled event date. Your

group is responsible for

paying 80% of that number,

or the number of BBQ passes

used, whichever is greater.

Payment for your food and beverage is due on or

before your event date.

Any other payment options

must be discussed prior to

your event date.

Michigan’s 6% sales tax is not included in the meal pricing.

Gratuity is not included in the menu prices. It is

optional.

The Whitecaps accept cash, check, and all major credit

cards as forms of payment.

PRE-PAYMENT DETAILS:

If your group is able to pre-pay for your meals at

least two (2) weeks ahead

of your event date, you will

receive a 10% discount on

your bill. (gratuity not included)

Extra meals may be added after the 2 week deadline,

but will be at full price.

Payment must be received by the 2 week deadline in

order to qualify for discount.
