Use email to promote SMS and Push messaging.

When switching short codes, send a message to inform consumers of the change to increase awareness and engagement.

There are rules and regulations when sending messages to people under the age of 13. Read the MMA guidelines to stay compliant.

Remember that customers pay for text messaging, so don’t send a lot of messages. Three to four per month is plenty.
