We must also take the responsibility of

solving the same problem than the way
that the stakeholder has suggested. It is an important responsibility of the
project manager and the project team to
consider all reasonable alternatives as

problems, but if you take the time to learn

thank you, you will go far in developing
good relations.

It is essential that a projectmanagement professional conducthis or her work in an ethical and legalmanner.
Without this, team members,customers, colleagues, employees,and stakeholders will have noconfidence in a project managersability to report on progress or anyother aspect of the project.
Project managers are required toreport violations of the PMI Code ofProfessional Conduct. This has theeffect of maintaining standards ofconduct.
All certified project managementprofessionals agree to support theCode.
