Queries raised during work shop:

a. Operators are delaying the packet upload to UIDAI causing delay in update and UID

generation, is there any facility where packets upload can be synchronized online.

b. UID/EID status checking option to be provided in tablets.

c. Where to get the list of CSC Centre’s in Mysore District.

d. If department sends the details of beneficiary with aadhaar number and bank, whose

duty it is to map such details in NPCI.

e. Is Xerox copy of Aadhaar valid or not, most of the department won’t accept

photocopy as valid aadhaar.

f. What is the penalty imposed on operators if they do not upload packets of enrolment

or updates.

g. Enrolments of old age people is not happening due to the finger print capturing

problems, any solutions for such cases.

h. Lack of regional language support in tablets is causing issues at field level, any

solution to include feature.

a. Aadhaar Act restricts the sharing of information, but recently telco providers are

servicing using authentication, is it not violation of the act.

b. If my aadhaar is suspended due to non usage, how can I activate it, or is it necessary

for me to get enrolled for new aadhaar.

c. ECMP client shuts down in the last step without saving any information, any

solutions for these issues.

d. What is the procedure to bio lock the biometrics.

e. Lack of local language in tablet based enrollments.

f. Request to include enrollment status check facility in tablets.

a. Display of official mobile number under contacts page in websites is violation of IT

act or not.

b. Will Section 7 mandates aadhaar for all the services in State.

c. Salary disbursement to AJSK operators happens only after 300 enrolments in a month,

with reducing number of enrolments how can this be addressed.

d. Under DBT all are directed to have one account for transfer of benefits, however in

some schemes joint accounts are opened for a group, how to link aadhaar to such

accounts.

e. Lack of local language support in tablet based enrolments.

f. Enrolment of old age people whose fingers are present but could not qualify for the

thumb score defined by UIDAI.

releasing the funds from one department.

b. Is there any single portal to check what services and benefits are availed by a resident.

c. How to check which bank account is aadhaar enabled.

d. Many banks say only one account can be linked to aadhaar multiple accounts cannot

be linked, is it true?

e. Local language support in tablet based enrollments to be enabled.

f. Children with special abilities will not be able to provide fingerprints for enrollment,

is there any option to enroll such children without fingerprints.

g. Enrolling age old residents is not happening as their fingerprints are not capturing

properly qualifying the quality specified by UIDAI.

b. We have seen the instances where people are misusing aadhaar by changing address

again and again, is there any limit in aadhaar regarding address and other

demographic changes.

and people are not willing to enroll through tablets. Is there any solution developed

to address this issue.

Queries raised during work shop:

a. How to retrieve aadhaar if both EID and UID is lost and no mobile number is

registered.

b. If aadhaar is for lifetime, then will it not be out of numbers as our population is

more than 125 crores.

c. How to ensure aadhaar of a person is deleted after his death. In such cases, number

will be transferred to some other person or will it be only deactivated

d. Collecting consent for each scheme and each department is a cumbersome task, can

a generalized consent from residents cannot be implemented so that all departments

in state can use the same consent.

e. Lack of Kannada language support in tablets is causing confusions in public and

people are not willing to get registered in tablets. Any solutions for these issues.
