8

What is Teaching?Teaching any subject is the genuine

and subtle art.

It is essential to know

WHAT HOW

to teach

9

Where will such university teachers come from?

NOT FROM WITHOUT…

The answer is:The university itself should prepare such

experts.

Source of teaching personnel: young people (succeed in disserting) apply for

teaching.

10

Pros and ConsYoung People

• gain the diverse body of knowledge related to their profession • become promising researchers in the long run

• are not aware of common principles, up-to-date methods and practical approaches of effective teaching

BUT

11

How to Make a Good Teacher

teach everything oneself using “cut and try method”

ORhave meaningful and comprehensive

guided practice

Let’s give a helping hand to those whodo have the vocation for teaching and ready to

pass on the torch to the young people

12

Solution of the Problem

• Problem: establishment of purposeful training of qualified teaching personnel within the walls of universities.

• Solution: organise an education program for postgraduate (PG) students who will have scientific preparation as well as guided practice of teaching.

• Result: Thanks to this practice the PG school will take the fully legitimate and system-forming function.

13
