Excellent presenation. Good notes in the notes pane. Eye catching title slide with a great picture. I like the way your animation focuses attention on the picture. Your background colour is perfect for your presentation.
Good consistency throughout. Good use of the required elements. Beautiful pictures. I really like the way you've done your map with all the neighborhoods labeled.
There are a few slides where you could cut down on the wordiness just a bit, mainly by deleting articles or repetition of the subject of the slide. You've done this on most of the slides but there are a few that could be reduced a bit to make them feel less intimidating to the casual viewer.
Excellent job. You really show how impressive Toronto can be.
